You have got to lock all 4 monsters in this structure.

It's pretty difficult to achieve this.
Try different paths.

Touch a yellow key.
Then telport down.
Remove all green fruit blocks first.
Then the blue and cyan blocks.

Detonate the bombs.
Then take the mystery on the right.
